Usage

⏱️ Manipulation & Mixing Protocol

(Optimal performance is achieved at a standard room temperature of approximately 25°C / 77°F).

1. Dispensing: Extrude equal lengths (typically 3.5 to 4 inches / 9 to 10 cm) of both base and catalyst pastes onto an oil-impervious paper mixing pad or a flat glass slab.
2. Mixing: Use a broad, rigid, stainless steel spatula to rapidly blend the two colors. Wipe and flatten the mixture repeatedly for 30 to 45 seconds until a completely uniform, streak-free color is achieved.
3. Application: Load the smooth mixture into a custom acrylic or shellac impression tray for even tissue support, then seat it in the patient's mouth.
4. Setting Time: The material gives an initial working window of 3 to 5 minutes, achieving a complete final cure inside the mouth within 10 to 15 minutes
