The Service is available to registered businesses, clinics, hospitals, and licensed medical/dental professionals operating in India. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including your organisation name and type — is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You agree not to share your account with third parties.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. AxionMedica reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability. Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order placement.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. AxionMedica is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to our Return Policy. Consumable and pharmaceutical products cannot be returned once opened.

All content on the platform — including product information, images, and branding — is the property of AxionMedica and may not be reproduced without written permission.

AxionMedica is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

AxionMedica may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
